India is the country of festivals, of royal weddings, of grandeur. Grand heritage, history, food, religion and even fashion. As much as we love and have an inclination towards high street fashion, when it comes to festivals we Indians love our traditions especially with our fashion choices. Exquisite zardozi, gottapati, brocade and intricate embroidery are what our eyes look for. What are festivals anyway without a touch of these elements? Rooted in traditions with a hint of modern silhouette and not so modern makes we Indian women make our fashion mark.
Having festive and wedding season right round the corner and everyone looking for that perfect lehenga, anarkali, or a mix of silhouettes in magical hues, I have your back.
Introducing and thoroughly impressed by the label “Aarbee by Ravi Bhalotia” has surprised me to bits. A label known for innovation, highlighting the traditional yet catering to the needs of modern Indian women. Dipped in rich fabrics like silks, organza, chanderi, with added drapes, layers and textures, Aarbee stocks one of the most fascinating Indian wear collection in the city.
My relationship with the brand Aarbee has only been magical and full of creativity ever since I visited the store to actually wear them. They are glamorous, edgy, rooted and full of life. They are a perfect location for either the brides maid who will spark up your wedding or that pretty women without whose presence Diwali seems incomplete.
In collaboration with the label “Aarbee” I have created some beautiful looks for upcoming festive and wedding season with their new collection “Windsor Rose” and I love it.
